Buying Jewellery
It is amazing how much jewellery you can buy these days. I like buying people jewellery for presents but often used to run out of ideas once I had got the men a watch and cuff links and the women earrings, bracelets and heart necklace (which is a particular, favourite of mine). I have found that the Internet has opened up lots more options for me and now I can find all sorts of different designs and types of jewellery which is great. At Christmas time I bought most of the family medical bracelets as they all seem to have type II diabetes and heart trouble and I thought it would be a good present for them. I think that most of them appreciated them and they tend to wear them most of the time. I have been looking at pocket watches lately. When we have a family wedding, everyone loves the opportunity to get dressed up in tail coats and waistcoats and look really smart. I was thinking that having a traditional pocket watch to go with this outfit would be really great and would be used fairly often by most generations of men. Hopefully I can find some nice ones to suit all of them.
